Fully adustable 12 foot teeter with fully aluminum base.  Surface is aluminum composite material. This makes it lightweight and weather-resistant. 
Rubber: Glue and rubber are mixed together then applied to the surface. This leaves an extremely durable long lasting surface.
Painted Sand Textured: Painted with a exterior paint and a heavy sprinkling of sand for texture.
