Versatile plank that can be used by itself or attached to our aluminum platform to create a ramp for contact training. Great for station training and as a travel plank. 4ft in length, 12" wide, 1" tall. Frame is made with 1"x1" aluminum tubing with a rubberized surface for high durability. Option to add on a hinge tube on the end so you can attach it to a platform in the future if desired.
